An Exposition of Ephesians 1 D. David Martyn Lloyd-Jones was aWelsh Protestant minister, preacher and medical doctor who wasinfluential in the Reformed wing of the British evangelicalmovement in the 20th century. For almost 30 years, he was theminister of Westminster Chapel in London. Lloyd-Jones was stronglyopposed to Liberal Christianity, which had become a part of manyChristian denominations; he regarded it as aberrant. He disagreedwith the broad church approach and encouraged evangelicalChristians (particularly Anglicans) to leave their existingdenominations. He believed that true Christian fellowship waspossible only amongst those who shared common convictions regardingthe nature of the faith. 1979 г. 4:2
